Path for the development of the Amethyst B&B in ecological tourism

Amethyst is green! 

With the Green Amethyst project, the Amethyst B&B has transformed itself into a low energy impact structure, reducing the use of fossil fuels to a minimum and choosing to concretely adhere to the ethics of green travel.

GREEN INSIDE…

With the renovation of the roof, which saw the creation of a ventilated roof created according to the dictates of green building, the building has optimized its structural energy performance, allowing considerable energy savings, making both the heating process and the that of cooling. 

The restoration of the roof was preparatory to the realization of the heart of the project: the installation of the photovoltaic system with a power of 3KWh together with the solar thermal system for heating the sanitary water.

 Photovoltaic, thanks also to the installation of high-efficiency and low-consumption air conditioners, allows, at full power, the coverage of the building's entire electricity needs. 

Lastly, the installation of the solar thermal system for heating sanitary water, complete with the system for directly connecting the washing machine to the hot water coming from the system for further energy saving, allows us to eliminate the use of energy from fossil fuels, having replaced the methane boiler.

The location of the B&B Ametista is ideal for enjoying the wonderful walks on the cycle paths of the province, immersing yourself in the beauty of the surroundings.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (ART. 13 EU REGULATION 2016/679 - GDPR)

 Dear Guest, pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation GDPR 679/2016, which provides for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, we provide the following information.

 Data Controller

 Data categories

The following data is collected and processed:

  • surname and name
  • place and date of birth
  • residence
  • telephone and email address
  • details of the identification 

document Purpose of processing and legal basis

 The data is processed for the registration of the stay at the B&B; the legal basis of the processing is the execution of the hospitality contract pursuant to art. 6.1.b GDPR.

 Treatment and conservation methods

 The data is subjected to paper processing. The Data Controller will process the data for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes in compliance with the terms dictated by legal obligations.

 Communication

 Within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated, the data will be communicated:

  • to the public security authority in compliance with the Ministerial Decree. 7/1/2013 (Provisions concerning the communication to the public security authorities of the arrival of people staying in accommodation facilities);
  •  to the Lombardy Region and ISTAT in compliance with L.R. 27/15, art 38 paragraph 8 (Common provisions for hotel and non-hotel accommodation activities). Rights of the interested party.

As an interested party,

 all the rights specified in the articles are guaranteed. 15 GDPR and following, such as the right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability and opposition to the processing of data, of revocation of consent to processing (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent acquired before revocation), to propose a complaint to a supervisory authority. The exercise of rights can be carried out by written communication to be sent to the Owner.
